Position Summary

This AI software company seeks a Professional Services Project Manager to lead client implementations. You’ll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle on the delivery side, crafting and managing project plans, budgets, and resources. The role involves close collaboration with clients, software vendors, and internal partners. You’ll take point on monitoring progress, reporting, and leading the cross-functional team to successful project completion. As the primary client contact, you’ll be responsible for managing expectations, communicating deliverables, and securing sign-offs throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial concept through ongoing support. This includes creating a detailed plan with aligned stakeholders, tracking progress against the plan, and communicating status updates regularly.
  • Oversee team member workload, ensuring everyone understands their tasks and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, documenting issues and collaborating on resolution plans.
  • Facilitate a smooth knowledge handover to the internal support team after project completion.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, managing expectations and addressing any concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Manage projects from concept to ongoing support, including detailed planning, stakeholder alignment, progress tracking, and regular status updates.
  • Oversee team workload, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and deliverables for all team members.
  • Mitigate project risks through proactive identification, issue documentation, and collaborative resolution planning.
  • Facilitate a smooth knowledge transfer to the internal support team after project completion.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Possess 6-10 years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions, ideally with a focus on planning and execution processes.
  • Prior experience in the supply chain technologies domain.
  • Proven ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle and strong project management skills are essential.
