The transformation leverages synergies between data, AI/ML, and blockchain technologies.

Position Summary

The cloud computing leader’s professional services division seeks a Service Sales Executive to cultivate relationships with key clients in the telecom industry. You’ll focus on developing and executing long-term sales strategies to address customer needs and drive cloud adoption.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams like account managers and solution architects to deliver comprehensive solutions. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process for these strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will leverage their cloud knowledge to navigate complex customer challenges and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans for key clients.
  • Propose and implement comprehensive transformation programs tailored to the unique needs of large enterprise clients across various industries.
  • Partner with clients to identify business challenges and leverage cutting-edge solutions to achieve desired outcomes. This collaboration will involve both internal professional services and external partner expertise.
  • Develop long-term strategies focused on cloud adoption, digital transformation, and overall business transformation, working collaboratively with clients.
  • Drive measurable business and financial results that demonstrate the value of your transformative approach.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimates and proposals to contract negotiation and successful project execution. This includes partnering with external vendors, ensuring quality delivery, and managing budgets and deliverables.
  • Lead customer workshops to design and implement digital experiences that accelerate innovation.
  • Monitor project execution and proactively address any issues to ensure alignment with client goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic account plans for key clients.
  • Experience crafting mid- to long-term technology strategy roadmaps tailored to client needs.
  • Industry expertise in a relevant sector (e.g., telecommunications, finance, manufacturing) is a plus. Prior experience working with enterprise clients is essential.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders both internally and externally, including managing complex issues, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities for complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT consulting or project delivery of IT solutions is required.
