Technical Account Manager

Position Summary

A cybersecurity company seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage technical aspects of their deep learning malware prevention solution for Fortune 500, Global 2000, and MSSP clients. The TAM will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on how the solution addresses cybersecurity threats. They will also represent customer needs internally, influencing product development. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical success and build trusted customer relationships with our key customers.
  • Act as a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert for customers

Job Requirements

  • Cybersecurity industry knowledge
  • 3+ years working with Fortune 500 customers
  • TAM or technical role experience, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Understanding of enterprise IT security
  • Strong presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Business-level English proficiency with native Japanese or equivalent.
