Position Summary

A SaaS analytics company seeks a Senior Partner Manager for their Japan region. You’ll identify and develop partnerships to expand their market reach. Responsibilities include building relationships with key partners, driving revenue through partner channels, and creating marketing materials to support partner success.  This role requires experience in sales/account management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and expand channel partners according to company values and sales strategy.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of partners in Japan, while seeking new recruits.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners.
  • Provide tactical support, including partner onboarding and deal assistance.
  • Serve as a liaison between APJ region and US teams.
  • Oversee new business, expansion, and renewal processes.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, direct sales, or partner management.
  • Business-level English proficiency with native Japanese or equivalent.
